In 2009, Joel teamed up with Coco Lewis, bringing 19 years of financial services and technology experience to the group. Combined with Coco’s 30 + years of Real Estate experience, a synergistic collaboration was created.
Now as the Managing Partner, Joel continues to promote the team’s mission to provide nothing short of EXCELLENCE in every aspect of the real estate transaction.
After a successful career in the financial services industry working for a Top 20 Fortune 100 company, Joel decided to go in the direction that he always knew was for him, “Real Estate!” As an experienced Real Estate investor, he has acquired a thorough comprehension of the entire real estate transaction. Whether it be from the buying or selling perspective, Joel has gained the knowledge to ensure a smooth process; from the first client contact, to the close of escrow.
Now, on the other side of the table, Joel is committed to provide a superior client experience. His analytical rigor, customer service, and negotiation skills attained over the years have been a perfect complement to the team.

You will normally find Joel hosting an open house on the weekend, previewing properties for his buyers and investors, or meeting with first time home buyers. He is also an active volunteer for local non-profit organizations and an advocate for giving back to the community.
Joel specializes in the beautiful Tri-Cities (Fremont, Newark, and Union City) of the San Francisco East Bay and the surrounding areas. He is a bay area native and a proud Fremont resident since 1988. He and his family currently reside in Glenmoor Gardens located in the “sunny” Centerville district of Fremont.

GRI – Joel has obtained the nationally recognized professional designation of GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). The GRI designation is considered the nation’s number one real estate designation. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. Graduates are considered the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge. |

SFR – Joel has been certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) by completing all the required education requirements and passing the qualifying examination. As an SFR, Joel brings added expertise and insight to help sellers maneuver through the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure (REO) opportunities. |

CHS – Joel has obtained the CHS certification (Certified HAFA Specialist). The Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) program was introduced by the United States Treasury Department on April 5, 2010 to help standardize and streamline the short sale process. This program provides a viable option for homeowners who are unable to keep their homes through the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). This certification is designated only after successful completion of the required education and passing of the qualifying examination. |

A CDPE is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners.
